We offer a week free trial. During this time, please feel free to wear athletic clothing. No need to make an appointment, just come in. We will have you sign a hold harmless before class. 
Make sure to bring a bottle of water with you.

DO I NEED TO HAVE PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE IN MARTIAL ARTS?

No experience needed.

WHAT COLOR GI AM I ALLOWED TO WEAR?

After your week free trial, if you decide to join us, you will be allowed to wear a white, royal blue, or navy blue gi. 

DO YOU OFFER DROP INS FOR PEOPLE FROM OUT OF TOWN?
