Our women’s only class is instructed by Makayla Lee, and Hanna Heng. During this class, our focus is to bring confidence to each woman through a form of self defense. In this class, we have ladies with different goals. We have ladies who train in our other classes. We have ladies who bring their daughters in to train with them for a mother, daughter time. We have ladies who are training in order to better defend themselves, and we have ladies who train to be a part of the community. Whatever your reasoning is, this class is great for any woman!
